Corey and his staff catered my wedding on May 4th, 2019. I recommend Spare Chef VERY highly.
Corey was fantastic, communicating with me in the long lead up to the event. Answering every question that I had with patience, care and consideration. I could tell that this was a company that cared as much about my big day as I did.
The food was incredible. We opted for grazing tables and canapes, and could not have been happier with the quality. The portions were great! You do not need to worry about having enough food with these guys 🙂
The service of the wait and bar staff was impeccable. Friendly and professional, they did the rounds of all of our guests and never forgot the wedding parties (we kept forgetting to eat, haha). The groom and I worked in hospitality for more than 10 years and we noticed the cleanliness and organisation of each member of staff on this team. Not a glass was left sitting, rubbish was whisked away quickly, boxes of stock were stacked out of sight.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Book them.
