Hi Chris,

This is just a little email to thank you, Matthew and your fantastic staff for the catering you did for us on our wedding day.

You were very helpful with the organisation in the menu and any questions I had.

The food was absoluely fabulous. I had alot of people comment on how great it was. Even a family friend from England who said she’d been to alot of weddings and by far, ours was the best food ever!! So congratulations on that!!

Your staff were very helpful and never stopped working! The waiter (i think his name was Bradley??) was great! He was having a laugh with us and made sure Ben and I didn’t go without! Making sure we ate (although my dress wouldn’t allow it), but looking after our wedding party and all the guests! Please pass on our thankyous to Mathew, Bradley and any other staff that i didn’t get to meet!

Thanks again, If another occasion arises, i would not hestiate to have you do our catering again!

THANK YOU so much for providing such superb service and top quality food for our wedding held at Villa Vivante in March this year. Your team were unbelievable and the wide variety of food on offer by Spare Chef was amazing. We had a hard choice deciding what to service for our guests at the event due to the delicious menus on offer, though I am extremely happy to report our guests were utterly impressed. I have had several guests comment that they had never experienced such flavoursome food and professionalism displayed by Spare Chef at our Wedding.

Chris, your accommodating and easy going approach made the planning and flow of the day the most amazing event of our lives and can’t thank you enough. We enjoyed sharing our day with you and your team.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone considering Spare Chef to cater for any event as I can honestly say they will not be disappointed.

Dear Chris & Co.,

Many, many thanks for the wonderful food and professional service you
supplied for our daughter, Leah’s wedding to Greg Stephinson at Gleniffer.
Your whole presentation was superb and meeting with you & further dealings
were always a pleasure. You always returned calls and came up with all these
excellent ideas which contributed to the night being the success it was.It
amazed us what you can achieve with your team in such a short time & in an
area of such a little space. Your organisation meant we could relax and
truly enjoy our daughter’s wedding.
Everybody complimented the food and I must say I have never been to a
wedding before where such a point was made about the food. (We went to 6
last year!!) So thank you again Chris for sharing your talents and your team
for being so friendly, courteous & patient. Your contribution added that
special touch down to the tiniest detail.
Plus…what can we say about the cake! It was fabulous, there wasn’t one
piece left by midnight. You decorated it very elegantly to stay in keeping
with the theme and Leah told me to thank you from the bottom of her heart.
They are honeymooning in Thailand now and thankfully avoided any trouble.
We will certainly be recommending your professional services to friends and
associates and wish you all the best for future success.
I know we will be using your services again.
