Spare Chef Catering is full licensed so we can supply and serve alcohol at any venue that doesn’t have a liquor licence. Our Drink Catering is run strictly on responsible service of alcohol protocols and the safety of your guests is our main concern. With the vast variety of drinks and beverages on offer, we tailor individual licensed drink catering quotes for every client when required.

BYO Drink Catering

These days the majority of our clients for private parties and weddings are choosing to supply their drinks. For these situations we have our very popular BYO Drink & Bar Service.

BYO Drink Catering is designed to assist you serving your own supply of drinks & alcohol at your event where a liquor licence is not required.

We provide RSA qualified staff to serve your drinks to your guests, and include glassware, ice, ice tongs, trays, drink tubs, trays, & tables to create a bar service for you.

Our bar staff will arrive 60min before service with all of our equipment to set up the bar. You’ll just need to show them to your chilled drinks and they’ll take care of the rest.

Licensed Drink Catering

We hold a Caterer’s Liquor Licence, so we can provide a fully licensed drink catering service to you, supplying and serving alcohol and beverages. When we are catering a food service to you at a venue that doesn’t have it’s own liquor licence then a licensed drink service may be what you need.

Also, for major events or public access occasions Spare Chef Catering can be engaged to provide a public point of sale for food and drink.

Service Area

Being fully mobile we can not only service Coffs Harbour, but all of the surrounding areas. We regularly cater to Bellingen, Raleigh, Valla, Nambucca, Smoky Cape, and even South West Rocks in the south. Or North to Woolgoolga, Mullaway, Wooli, Brooms Head, Maclean, Grafton, Yamba or Micalo Island. And inland to Dorrigo, Upper Orara, Gleniffer, Glenreagh, Nana Glen, or even Armidale.
