We’re here to help make your event planning as smooth as possible. Our standard office hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with emails monitored outside these times. During peak periods, our hours may be extended to ensure timely service. When we are onsite delivering events, we carry our phones but may be unable to answer immediately.
