Absolutely. We understand plans can evolve throughout the lead-up to your event and we will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

We sure do! We will ask you about dietary requirements when we get closer to the day and provide suitable alternatives for your guests. For plated services, we do require a table plan to help us identify dietary guests during service.

Most standard dietary requirements are included. However, large numbers of specialised meals or complex dietary requirements may attract an additional fee depending on the level of preparation required.

Absolutely. Late-night snacks are a popular addition to weddings and events and can be tailored to suit your style of service.

Generally, we arrive around one hour prior to service. If setup may interrupt your ceremony or guests, we can arrange earlier bump-in or adjust service timing accordingly.

We are fully mobile and can cater almost anywhere. We simply require access to standard power, water and a flat area to park our catering van. We do prefer an undercover workspace where possible in case of weather.

Absolutely. One of our specialties is creating temporary kitchens at private properties, paddocks and outdoor venues. We regularly cater in locations without commercial kitchen facilities.

As mobile caterers, we are experienced in adapting to wet weather plans. We simply require a suitable undercover workspace so we can continue service safely and efficiently.
