Emma Ranger’s Wedding
As mobile caterers, we’ve had the privilege of working in some incredible locations over the years, but Emma & Mick’s wedding was truly something special.
We travelled to Moree to cater a beautiful countryside wedding held on Emma’s family farm, surrounded by wide open skies and rolling farmland. Like many rural weddings, the weather kept us on our toes. We built a temporary kitchen from the ground up, adapted to the changing conditions throughout the day and worked together to create an unforgettable experience in one of the unique environments we love catering in most.
Emma & Mick chose a relaxed happy hour-style canapé service, perfectly paired with their incredible margarita wall, before guests moved into a warm buffet dinner and dessert service under the marquee.
Despite the unpredictable weather, it became one of those weddings none of us will ever forget.
“There should be an option to add more stars! The food is second to none, the service is incredible and I would have another wedding just so I can have the food again! We had the buffet for mains and canape package for cocktail “hour”. Guests are STILL talking about the food and asking where it came from! If you don’t have a Spare Chef cater for your wedding, you are missing out on an incredible and delicious experience!”
