We can also co-ordinate other details of your event including diningware, glassware, linen cloths and napkins, staff and even organise the hire of a marquee with tables and chairs.

Staffed Catering Services
Using local fresh ingredients wherever possible, our passionate chefs handcraft your menu at your event, making sure each dish is perfect. Our professional wait staff serve your guests bringing the feel of a high-end restaurant to you. We have catering styles of Canapés, Sit Down Table Service, Banquets, Share Platters, Grazing Tables, and you can mix and match our services for a fully personalised catering plan for 2, 3 or 4 course service, or even a degustation dinner.
Non-Staffed Catering Services
Many of our menus can be crafted into delivery-only services if you wish. This allows you to have Spare Chef’s gourmet dishes at your event, and the freedom to serve those dishes yourself at your leisure. Some clients love to be hands-on and take part in the service of food to their guests. It’s the generosity of giving to their loved ones, friends, or colleagues. Enjoy our beautiful food, freshly crafted by our chefs, ready for you to heat and serve, or serve cold. Our dishes include buffet dishes of internationally influenced cuisine and gourmet salads. Many of our Finger Food Items, our Grazing Platters, and Hampers can also be made as delivery-only options.
